Infants and toddlers thrive in a predictable, nurturing environment. Our day is thoughtfully structured to balance play, learning, meals, and rest—creating a steady rhythm where children feel secure, supported, and ready to grow.
Morning | 7:30–9:15 AM
Arrival, free play, breakfast, and circle time as children ease into the day, build independence, and connect with others.
Mid-Morning | 9:15–11:50 AM
Play-based learning, art, and exploration are designed to support motor development, language, and early problem-solving.
A short morning nap is offered for younger toddlers who need it, followed by a light snack.
Midday | 11:50 AM–1:00 PM
Transition to lunch, shared mealtime, and preparation for rest.
Rest Time | 1:00–4:00 PM
A calm, consistent rest period that supports healthy growth and regulation. Children who take a morning nap still participate in a longer afternoon rest.
Afternoon | 4:00–5:30 PM
Snack, relaxed play, and a smooth transition to pickup.
Care routines are thoughtfully integrated throughout the day to support each child’s comfort, development, and growing independence.

We keep children comfortable and healthy with regularly scheduled diaper changes and frequent diaper checks throughout the day.
Clean, dry bottoms help little ones stay happy and ready to play and learn.

Our approach is positive, patient, and child-led.
We focus on self-help skills like dressing, handwashing, and recognizing body cues—these are the foundations of successful potty training.
When children show signs of readiness and interest, we provide consistent opportunities and encouragement.

Children have bathroom breaks scheduled before and after meals and during playtime.
Toddlers and preschoolers who are potty training are also encouraged to use the bathroom whenever they feel the need, helping them build independence and confidence.

We serve three well-balanced nutritional meals per day in accordance with USDA guidelines.

Whole Grain, Fruit, and Milk
Lunch

A well-rested child is a happy child—ready to grow, learn, and thrive.
Our daily nap time is from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. After a morning filled with play, learning, and time with friends, children are ready to rest and recharge.
Infants nap in portable cribs, while toddlers and preschoolers rest and sleep on mats. Children who don’t sleep the entire time relax quietly, as we do not offer alternative activities during this period. This ensures a calm and restful environment for everyone.
Parents report that their children move through their evening routine with ease and fall asleep at bedtime without resistance.
Over-tired children often struggle with routine and may have difficulty settling down at night. A good rest during the day makes a big difference for both children and parents.
